Wierd enough I just traded in my jetta which got 30+miles to the gallon for the Blazer :) xjeepguy 07-31-2005, 11:09 AM I wanted to drop a small turbo deisel into my Jeep for the same reason (along with the manly factor) That would make for some killer gas mileage, and good torque, but you would spend alot on the swap. I was looking at an Isuzu deisel. Otherwise, it is the usual stuff. Keep up on tire pressure, tune ups, etc. LoLoS10Blazer87 08-01-2005, 01:50 AM Pull into the driveway or garage, place gear selector in park, turn the key to off, walk inside and place the key in a drawer, drive the Blazer a max of twice a week. In my case, with the raggedy gas guzzlin POS I got sittin in my driveway, that's the best formula for me to get good gas mileage :D m00nwater 08-01-2005, 01:26 PM ORIGINAL: LoLoS10Blazer87 Pull into the driveway or garage, place gear selector in park, turn the key to off, walk inside and place the key in a drawer, drive the Blazer a max of twice a week.
