Default Aux line level in source on stock '99 Delco?

OK, has anyone had any luck wiring an aux input into the stock Delco head unit in a 99? It has a button on the front labled "aux", and I think these came with optional CD changer or tape deck. I like the stock look, I want to know if there's a way to use that source for a line level input from an XM source or iPod...

Beyond hacking into the radio you might be able to use an adapter such as;

You might want to do some research and see if any one else has gotten an adapter to work with your radio. One place to check out for that is the satellite radio forums they are always asking for that kind of information,
