Audio/Video Electronics Wired up? If you have some sort of A/V modification let's hear about it here. Discussion of stock electrical problems should be done in the 'Lighting & Electrical' section.

I know this is a long shot..

Default I know this is a long shot..

I've searched far and wide thru google and here to find the answer, just wondering if anyone knows:

I need terminal screws for the power and negative of a
VISONIK V600HC amp (ancient, I know).

Does anybody know what size screws they need? I know I can GET them plenty of places, I just don't know the size, and I don't want to lug this heavy *** amp in and out of stores.

ANY Help appreciated. thanks in advance.

They're probably a metric M8 or M10 size, probably 1.5 thread pitch. It's a fairly common size, however I can't be sure without seeing it in person.

It should be easy enough to drag it to a hardware store, go through their hardware and find the size and thread pitch that screws all the way in and you'll have what size you need. Then you can pick up the right set screws for it at the hardware store if they have it or order them off the web if they don't.

It's a 10 for sure, but Idk what pitch(we only have 1.5 at my work, so I know it's not that).

If it's not 1.5 then it's 1.25 if it's a finer thread than 1.5, 1.75 if it's a coarser thread. I would imagine it's most likely finer and therefore 1.25 thread pitch.

It shouldn't be too hard to find M10-1.25 set screws.

Here's a few links. I would imagine a store like Fastenal would be able to get anything you want like that.

thanks! I really appreciate the help, Standard and MM screws mess me up and I get confused, I have a place here in Michigan called Perfect Products, and they have a little bit of everything. I'm gonna check them out after work.

Thanks again!
