yeah bought them off a buddy at work that owns two Camaros, he had a set of slicks on these and he just didn't need them any more and was just trying to get them out of the way, couldn't pass the deal up

Nice Blazer! The spacers make all the difference in the stance. I think I may go that route when I get new tires.

thanks I should have went with 1.5" spacers, there's still a little offset difference with the 1.25, but I'm OCD so of coarse I'm going to notice it but it's not enough to bother me to the point that I'll go out and order some more lol I can deal with it

the truck's in the shop right now actually getting an alignment and I think once that's done and dialed in I'll take a tape measure to the tread and see just how much of a difference there is now

I'm the same way. I was wondering what size spacers would even them out. I still don't know why the back is so much more narrow. There must be some reason, but it sure wasn't for style.

well guess what I got to do over the weekend...

Friday after work I went to get a haircut, then as I went to leave the truck wouldn't start... A little diagnosing found absolutely no fuel pressure under the hood... I knew it was coming, but didn't expect it happen as sudden as it did lol.

So I spend my Saturday morning under the truck. Doing it at work made it a lot easier than in the driveway at home though, that's for sure!

Worst part, when it wouldn't start, only person I could get to tow me to work was a buddy that driver's a Ford...

an unplanned for $270 later, she purrs like a kitten again

I really like what you're doing here. I'm putting my old '01 Blazer back together again, and this thread is making me very inspired.

Couple little things done yesterday (free things, cost me nothing but the time). Changed out the temp sensor in the head for the electric fans... It stopped working already for some stupid reason... luckily, lifetime warranty on this little guy! lol, still a pain to change though...

Then proceeded to finally put my window vent visors on. Only because there's an AC system leak and I'm tired of putting freon in the thing once every two weeks... so next weekend I plan on fixing that. Found the leak, already have a whole new o-ring kit, just have to wait until payday so I can afford to recharge the system :P So it's windows down all this week. And It's been raining pretty much every afternoon... so with these I'll at least be able to get a little airflow inside.

And I also got tired of looking at the fading, discoloring quarter trim panels on the sides of the back window, so I sanded, primed, painted, and clear coated a pair that I had extra and threw them on. They're a little orange peely, but look WORLDS better than what was on there...

Maybe if I had the spare time one other weekend I'll take the old ones and color match them to the body and see how they'd look, just for kicks.

Right now I'm about to head out and crawl under the back of the truck and see why my SES light is on again... came back on after the fuel pump change, so I think I either damaged a line back there or one came loose or something, HOPEFULLY an easy fix.

I had some major power loss issues over the last 2 weeks, been gradually getting worse, and I knew something was up earlier this week when I went to pass someone and the truck fell flat on it's face as soon as I laid into the throttle. The way it was acting, it seemed like the cat was clogged. So I gutted it, WOW, more power than the truck has had since I've had it!

nothing like laying in the dirt that fell off your truck, when working on your truck lol

also threw on some new decals

will be starting my removable subwoofer box mod soon too, with the help of these 175 amp disconnects. I want to be able to simply unplug the box and amp and remove them as an assembly to quickly get all the room in the back available when wanted
