coil springs r nice, better ride and control, but more things to break. as for more flexy, no...not really. just more straight up and down. leaf springs can be real flexy too, they just flex back towards ur firewall. im running leaf springs and i have just as much flex as my buddies jeep with coil springs. its a persons preference.

I really want this for my truck, but right now i'm a senior in high school working a minimum wage job on the weekends ($7.25 per hour here in NC). So it would take a while to save up for it. I'm hoping that once I get into tech school next year for autobody repair, I can get an apprenticeship at a local body shop while I go to school. If I can get that I should be bringing in more money and hopefully start larger modifications (Lift, Tires, Axles, Gears, etc..) for my truck.

that was probably the most expensive part of my swap. i just bought a 4inch drop pitman arm, astrovan steering box and flat top passenger side knuckle out of a junkyard, had to have the drag link made though.

you dont really need a z-link unless you have a lot of lift. i got around 10 and the drag link is perfectly straight to the knuckle

You'll be waiting a long time for a reply from the original poster, this thread is 1 1/2 years old. Someone else may be able to help though.
