A full size Blazer or Jimmy used K5 emblems.
K = 4wd... C = 2wd, except for Blazers and Jimmys (GM didn't bother badging them correctly because so few 2wd's were made).
K5 = Full size Blazer or Jimmy (both 2wd and 4wd)
C10 = 2wd 1/2 ton pickup
K10 = 4wd 1/2 ton pickup
C/K 10 = 1/2 ton pickup
C/K 20 = 3/4 ton pickup
C/K 30 = 1 ton pickup
Full size K5 Blazers and Jimmys have 1/2 ton drive trains but since they are designed to carry people, and there is not a separate cargo area like a pickup truck, they are designated as K5's (1/4 ton).
Yes, there are plenty of state issued K5 titles with "K10" designated on them out there... you can thank the local staff that typed it up when originally issued. They did not understand these vehicles at the time and probably still don't.
