Thanks for the ZR2 info Bill!

No problem Kyle glad I can help. My buddy used a new set of these bars on his V8 swap and it ended up riding very rough, but he did it to crank them way up and use for a lift. I think he had them cranked way too far, but you shouldn't have this problem in your Bravada, cause I'm sure you not going to lift it right?

I think I'm going to see how it goes with the stock torsion bars first. I do not plan on lifting it any time soon...

I'm hoping to come in below $1500 total for the job which shouldn't be too optimistic.
Like I've read on other forums. Take what you think it will cost, add 20% then double it. =)

LT1? Pretty cheap and stout for stock.

Sounds awesome. What kind of budget are you looking at for the swap? (222k kms on my blazer, thinking maybe 350 swap when it goes)

I'm in Woodstock too

This will be an awesome swap and you really have to get pics out there when it happens, during and after. I have a 1996 GMC Jimmy I'm buying parts for a 350 swap at this very moment.

Think it will work for a 2000 Blazer? Note I just turned over the 150,000 mile mark on it. Took a quick look at the transmission and it looked ok to me but I will take it have a detailed look at everything one day soon. Only real problem with it is my front brake roters are wearing down to nothing lol. Still stops no problem but the steering wheel shakes like nothing else when I hardly press on the brakes lol.
