2000 Blazer 4X4 Tranny Transfer Removal
Good Morning all,
Removing Transmission 2000 Bazer 4X4 for repair have looked at the tranny removal guide elsewhere in the forum. I have everything but the bottom two bolts and cooler lines removed from Tranny and my question is: Can the transfer come with the tranny or does it need to be seperated before I remove the last two bolts and try to bring it all? Seems like it might and that you need to tip the front down to come by the torsion bar cross member, but would like to know before I get it seperated and find out there isn't enough room.
Also is there anything special to get the disconnects to let go on the cooler lines.
Thanks for your assistance

The transfer case can stay on or be taken off. It's up to you. Won't matter which way you do it other than how well the trans will stay on the jack.
The cooler lines have a little clip in the quick disconnect fitting. Use an awl or small screw driver to remove the clip and the line should come right out.
