its not bad to have 20psi oil pressure, these engines require a minimum of I believe 10 for every 1000rpm.
Does it go up at all when the RPM's increase?

Not much main concern is all the sludge sitting in there do i need to do another flush to get it back rite i took it for a spin around the block and it was trying to make internal noisewhen i say around the block i mean less than a quarter mile

You can try doing a motor flush, but I personally have never liked them. Pulling the pan is a huge pain since you have 4wd.

I have always used gunk in the gray bottle! But 20psi is fine with theses motors they only need 8psi at an idle, just as long as the pressure rises over idle u should be fine

Put a quart of ATF in, run it just above idle for about 45 min in park, listen to the radio.
Do an oil change and see what happens. Of coarse if you hear anything strange shut her down!

I'm afraid the last time I saw that well, it involved a new motor happened with mine low pressure then dropped 0psi while driving than shortly after blew itself apart have u tried to hook up a manual gauge? To test pressure.... But since u are hearing noises I'm sure it's only a matter of time!!! I hope not for your sake
