Default 4x4 Issues Possible Bad Front Differential

I have a 2002 ZR2 Blazer. 126000 miles. I know there is a ton of posts on 4x4 problems on here. I pretty much read every one of them but not sure if I need a new differential or not.

My 4x4 is not working. I originally noticed a grinding noise coming from the front end every once in a while and my 4x4 worked. Well now my 4x4 isn't working and I do not hear the grinding noise anymore. I push the 4x4 buttons and they just blink and it does not engage. I verified that the vacuum actuator works and then I drained the front differential. To my surprise, there was little to no fluid in it. I also noticed the seals where leaking. I refilled the differential and it did not help. I am assuming that my front differential is toast.

I would like to do the bravada axle swap to get rid of all the vacuum crap but need to know if I have to get a new zr2 differential first or if I can use the differential and axles out of a bravada.

Hopefully someone can help me out.

3 or 4 button dash switch?

Raise only the right front wheel off the ground. Engine at idle, transmission in park or neutral, transfer case in 4HI. Does the right front wheel rotate by hand?

Manually operate the actuator under the battery to pull the cable in: Does the right front wheel rotate when the cable is pulled?

Default Hard vibration only when accelerating already new u joints

Please help you guys . I have a hard vibration only when giving it gas. Ive noticed from driving it that once I get to a cruising speed it goes away . Give it Gas to pass someon it comes back hard . And when I turn to the right at a high speed like merging off the interstate it goes away as well turn to the left and it gets way worse . I've already replaced the u joints, sway bar links and front cv axles because I STILL have a loud popping noise in 4 wheel drive as well. I'm lost and need help badly , what's next for me now ??
