700r4 accumulator bore..

Default 700r4 accumulator bore..bock it off

Hello upon tear-down of my 89 700r4 i found the 3-4 accumulator was scared up.

is there a fix for this? if there is what is it? can i block it off??

If 3-4 accumulator bore in case is scored up, salvage it by installing a Sonnax sleeve kit P/N 77998-01K.

hello. i called trans=go since i am using thier kit, they said i could block off the 3=4 acc piston, they said i could use two pistons and seal and just block it off using them.. what do you trans builders do?? block it or sleeve it. i would like to firm up the shift, but not break anything..
