Default 95 4.3 lower intake manifold question

Hello all, I have a question regarding a 95 s-10 blazer 4.3 lower intake manifold. I searched around and could find anyone with a similar issue so I figured I'd ask. So I recently dug into this motor to change the head gaskets and when I took the lower intake manifold off i noticed that on the back of the manifold where the blocked off ports are look like some one attempted to drill it out. It also looks like someone spread rtv over their drill holes to fix it. My question is if I should reapply the rtv and attempt to reinstall it or should I start digging around the junkyard for a new manifold. The holes are contained by the gaskets but I'm worried I'll get this back on and it will leak or even blow the gasket. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I think I'm inclined to agree you, I'm not very comfortable putting that thing back in the car like that. I definitely don't want to be tearing this motor apart again in a week because it failed. I'm thinking I'll head down to the youpull it and see if i can find another one. I'm still a little confused as to why someone would even try to drill this in the first place, it doesn't seem like it would benifit the vehicle. Anyhow thanks for your reply

Default same holes

The gaskets I bought for my manifold had nubs that fit into those holes, they help keep it from shifting when putting it back together
