Default 95 Blazer has no power

95 Blazer has no power, strong fuel odor, fuel drip on passenger side of engine compartment. Also using 1/4 tank of gas to drive 15 miles.

Sounds like you need to go through the fuel system. There is a thread about testing the system. Most likely you'll find a bad spider injector assembly and or fuel pressure regulator.

I have a '95 as well and they just suck in general. Good luck.
