Code PO171 and Po174 with a no start
Gentlemen,
As I was driving home yesterday I got a check engine light. I went out to check it the next day and I had a PO171 and a PO174 code. I then tried to start it and it would not start. I sprayed some carb cleaner in the TB and it started. I drove it the rest of the day and this morning the same thing. I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet and I did notice I had a flashing security light with the key in the run position with the engine off. I cleared the codes that morning and they returned soon after. Any ideas?

Check out the DIY section for the explanation of the P0171 code. P0174 is the same code for Bank 2 (passenger side).
Since you are getting both of these codes at the same time, I would say that you are having fuel supply problems. Either inadequate fuel pressure or a restriction (clogged filter?) in the supply line.

I checked the fuel pressure and it is 50psi running and 55 psi with the key on. I also noticed that the car bogged down after frequent revving but once i squirted carb cleaner in the inlet it cleared up.

I would change out the fuel filter if you have not yet. Have you monitored the fuel pressure while driving? It sounds like you are having fuel delivery problems under higher fuel consumption conditions.
