Default Engine Noise

I+t is not the best video, but if you know what it is, I took it to a family friend that is a mechanic, he rode with me and said it is piston slap, but it seems that happens on a cold start up. it is a 1998 4x4 blazer 4.3 motor. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Also, the check engine light is on, one of the sensors for the catalytic converters is setting it off. Could a bad catalytic converter be doing this?

Could it be the torque converter going bad?
