help! engine chokes out when accelerating
My blazer has sat over a year with me cranking it every couple of weeks. It sat for a little over a month and I had trouble with the idling. Basically it would fire off and slowly choke out. I dropped the tank and got all the old gas out, cleaned the screen, put a couple of gallons premium with a quarter bottle complete fuel system cleaner in with it. I drove it today and it spit and sputtered the entire 10 miles, but only choked out twice. It seems to want to choke out when I give it gas,or when it changes gears. When I got it home it was idling better but still a little off. What is causing this? What do I need to do to smooth it out? I'm stumped on this and any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Yes I changed filter, dropped the tank and got bad gas out. Cleaned the screen and ran sea foam through it. I just changed the plugs and I'm getting the plugs today. I'll check the map sensor out though. Thanks
