Default no power to tps

I have a 1997 gmc sonoma 4.3 and getting error code p0122. i have replaced the tps, iac, and egr, but still have no luck. it does not have any ref voltage on tps wire. any guesses or bad computer? There is no voltage at the tps or computer and i have power coming into the computer. this is a gmc sonoma converted to a rock buggy and has a turbo 400 trans and a 205 tcase and military axles. most of the people convert the older gas motors to propane or use FI. i went to my local junk yard and picked up 8 computers and swap them and all get a p0122 code so i think its wiring. were does the tps ground? I also heard that the temp sensor for the computer works off the same wires, is that true?

the tps black wire is grounded. the multimeter reads 0.03 closed and 0.08 wideopen on the ref wire. changed the computers and all five says same error code p0122. only have 0.03 on the hot wire to the tps.
