Default TCC Enable Solenoid Short circuit

I have a 1996 blazer with what i believe is a short in the TCC Enable Solenoid circuit. Does any one have a diagram of the circuit or know what wire or how to track the short?

When this code is present, the computer inhibits fourth gear. It also maximizes transmission line pressure, that is why the 1-2 shift is harsh. Since the solenoid is new, the problem is most likely in the wiring. Best to test the wiring with an ohmmeter. You can start at the wiring near the transmission, measuring resistance across from the Pink wire to the Tan/Black should show 21-33 ohms resistance (transmission connector plugged in). If the circuit is open then the wiring harness inside the transmission has a break. If the resistance reading is correct then the break is likely in the Tan/Black wire between the PCM and the transmission connector. You can use the ohmmeter to check for continuity in this wire. Wiring diagram and PCM connector pinout shown below.
