transfer case.

Default transfer case.

I have a 2001 blazer and I have to replace the front drive shaft. how do I tell which transfer case I have.

3-button dash switch == NV233. 4-button dash switch = NV236. RPO codes will tell you the transfer case (among a host of other things about your truck) as well as the round tag on the back of the transfer case.

A quick search for "transfer+case+identification" would have pulled up the same information.
