Unhappy White Smoke

Hello All!

So I currently have a 2001 Chevy Blazer Xtreme 2WD & it started to overheat & throw out white smoke on the passengers side. The temperature gauge isn't working & it has coolant, so I have no idea what's going on. I recently changed the radiator & added a thermostat (didn't have one originally).

Any ideas? Thanks.

Did you put the thermostat in the correct way? The white smoke was coolant.

plus one on the white smoke being coolant. If you have the thermostat installed correctly, the first thing I would do would be a cooling system pressure test. Are you/were you ever running dexcool?
