ok so my buddy decided to pull his motor and get it rebuilt. after putting it back in he had an issue getting it to start ended up being the rocker arms were way to tight so I fixed them started right up so I told him to put it back together. now we are not getting any fuel to the TBI but can here it runner and cant here the fuel pump prime tho. and it is also getting very weak to no spark. I have taken fuel relay, cap, rotor, wires, icm, and coil off known working car and notihng. all fuses look good. what am I missing why would it start right up then notihng. oh yea I also had to turn dizzy 180 cuz that was wrong as well. any way it could have advanced or retarded on its own the dizzy is tight. the truck is a 88 k5 with a 350 TBI 4spd standard.

update it started up had a vac leak think I fixed it now but no fuel I was wrong it has spark just no fuel no fuel priming, any way to test pump
