Default Brake issue = buyer's remorse

Hi! Brand new to this forum. Bought a beautiful 1986 K5 last month, but it's not drivable because of one TiNY part! A push rod--looks like a flattened screw (kind of) and the part # is 18060001. Discontinued by GM. Can anyone help by directing me to a good place for classic car parts. Or better, maybe you have this part to sell??? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!!
