Arrow K5 Won't Start

Hey everyone!
I have an 89 K5 That won't seem to start for me!
Everything is a mess in this thing right now..
When I go to turn the ignition all i hear is the starter clicking.
Battery Voltage is all good..
ICM Unit?
New Starter?

Sometimes after turning the key 3 million times it will crank..
What do you think is going on here!?

My first guess would be the starter. Have you tested voltage at the starter when you turn the key?

Moving to Fullsize K5 Tech.

also check all your connections. take off the terminals and clean them on the battery, check your grounds coming off the battery. check and clean the terminals at the starter.

you can try putting a battery jumper box on the battery. sometimes just because a battery is 12v doesnt mean it has any amps

I got it fired up finally..
I took the starter out.. took it to Oreilys and it tested awesomely
I charged the battery over night put it all back together and still nothing..
I replaced the Cable from the Battery to the Starter.. still nothing..
Cleaned all the terminals, grounds to the block and to the body.. still nothing..
removed the Accessory belt thinking its a jammed pulley resisting to move.. still nothing!!
Finally i went and cranked the crankshaft manually with a wrench a few passes.. tried it again and it fired right up!

Soooo What would be the cause of the no crank no start in the first place?

When driving down the road, it feels like it dies quite a bit, but i just have to release the gas and push it down again to get it back going.
