SES/CEL Light not working, 1989 5.7 missing under aload?
I have owned my Blazer for aprx 3 years, and I really don't remember ever seeing my SES light on. Even when I just turn Key to the on position it doesn't come on?
I have just removed the Gauge Cluster and replaced the light, Still no light in assc-run, no light when I start it? I guess I never really thought much about the blazer having one as I have never seen it on before?
1989 V10 Chevy Silverado Blazer...
Anyhow now that I am having problems when it is warmed up and I am putting it under a load, the engine is missing, and I am losing power? Going up a hill is really where I feel it, getting on freeway feel it real bad. However at 65-70 freeway cruising speed it runs fine, unless I step on it to accelerate and again starts to miss/stumble?
I have replaced my coil, ignition control module, fuel filter and my air filter, I have checked all my wires, plugs, rotor and cap all less than 2yrs and maybe 7500 miles.
I have Tried to get the codes as it seems as though what ever is going on would/should probably throw a code for me to have a better idea where to look. But without me even getting my SES or CEL lights to work, I don't really have the funds to keep throwing $$ at it.... Any help would be GREAT.. Thank you.....
