a new stabilizer will mask the problem but it will help. i had death wobble with some 38s that was so bad you couldnt drive the truck. i bought a dual shock stabilizer and it dampened the shake by like %70. finally i just balanced the tires, never did as it was just a crappy old off road truck. each from tire took 2lbs of weights and those were the good tires. after that it fixed the problem

also make sure you dont have thing loose up front that will contribute to this

so....
1 balance tires
2 check for worn front end parts
3 replace stabilizer or get a dual stabilizer
