With just your description... Your truck could be worth anywhere from $400 to $1000. You did not say anything about how road worthy the truck is which will greatly impact the value.
As far as the soft top impacting the value... Well, for the right person, maybe, but it would not be something that you could count on unless you had the time to wait for that right person.
