Default Spped and Power

I have a 01' blazer ls and I wanted to sup it up, it seems like it does not have that much power up hills and the take off.
I currently have a flow master and here is my question.

1. Would I see a difference if I was to add a cold air intake?

2. If not do you have any suggestions???

Do use the search, but i had a huge improvement with a cold air intake. I also use synthetic oil which seems to help a bit too. But these trucks aren't built for speed, unless you are willing to dump a crap ton of money into it.
