Default Watch this space!

As told to those on bf.net

Just recieved a call from UPS. My projectors have arrived! (shipped 26th arrived 30th - pretty quick).
Told that before delivery I must pay 75 buck in GST & import fees. (about 50 US$). Next time I must request seller to show shipping at a lower or no cost. Any import here over $400 attracts GST & import fees, so if the seller did not show shipping charge there would be no tax.
So, that's a total cost of 525 NZ dollars (350 US$).
THEY HAD BETTER FIT/WORK at that price. Especially with the wife already not being too impressed with this purchase!! [/align]

Can you request a refund on the duties/taxes due to the sender putting the wrong amount?

Fat chance. Not here, they're pretty rigid in this respect.

Lamps arrived& fitted.
I had issues in getting them to fit properly. The rear of the projector lens (rubber cup) presses hard against the radiator support & may need a bit of persuation to fit properly. See pic. However they're in & look good. See pics.
Next to sort out is getting them set & hopefully working to suit right hand driving.

I've also moved the fog lights from the grille down to the valance. Looks much better than before. It looks a bit crowded in the opening, so I may need to remove the tow hooks.
