what have you gotten done on your blazer today?
^that's what I was going to say before I finished scrolling down the page!^ I ran without one for a couple years and never felt like it would have made any difference if it was there or not. I did make discos for the front bar tho.
yea. we are going to do the fronts at the same time.. i really dont drive it much... just back and forth to work (10 miles round trip) and then when we go offroading... i havent noticed much from the rear being disconnected
any tips on fabbing ones for the front?

i changed core support, put on a black bumper, a grill, headlights, and parking lights. i bought a blown up blazer for 300 and pulled the parts i needed. i scrapped the blazer and made all my money back from it i also kept the automatic tranny and the rearend (differential). i put tilt wheel and cruise control on her and all mtx speakers in doors dash and the back panel with a kenwood cd player... i welded on a flowmaster and man she sounds good... i also changed the camshaft position sensor and my fuel pump. i showed my blazer a lot of love last week. and she runs strong and is showing the love back this week she has about 1200 tied up in her right now and i wouldnt have it any other way.
Been working so much have not had time to do much to her but did get a new trans mount on her today, and waiting for my new AC DELCO cap and rotor to get here from rock auto. Hope they make a diff with the way she is running.
Tired of trying to stop the dayco belt from squeeking, ordered a gatorback. Believe it or not, baby powder would get rid of it for a few days. And my truck smelled fresh and clean, like a newborns bottom!
Just installed a new wheel baring pass side she drives so much better now. And ordered AC Del-co rapid fire platinum spark plugs from Rock Auto they were 30$ cheaper than the parts store and that's with shipping. I love Rock Auto LOL
Fixed the headlights, fuse for the drivers side ballast was so corroded the wire broke and drivers headlight was not working, got a new fuse, cleaned the fuse holder, crimped on a new connection and loaded it with grease.
I then pulled the radio to fix a loose connection behind it.
Next weekend I am putting the tccm in and changing the oil, and possibly brakes.
