Seriously though... I've been looking all over and have been unable to find any. The only one that I have ever seen was on ebay motors for 9,000 dollars.

You guys know of any places to search that might not be so obvious to look through?

This is 2013. You're looking for a 2005 model year vehicle, and targeting very specific features - features which probably were not the norm... I'd dare say the 4L60E was much more common than the manual transmissions were. That's why you're finding it so difficult.

Unless you want something original, buy a cheap 1500.00 2dr blazer off craigslist, and have a 5 speed put in it.

When I bought my '98 Blazer, I wanted a 5 speed LT. At the time, they told my it didn't exist(may or may not be true), but they could factory order an LS 5sp with almost all the same options. I have only seen one 5sp, and it's a '03 ZR2 LS.
I'm glad I bought an auto now... $.02

5 speeds are pretty uncommon in the Blazers, and I'm almost certain that the 2nd gen 4 door did not have it as an option. Not a big deal since you want a 2 door. I have seen a few 2 doors with the 5 speed. Mostly ZR2's. If you were in Canada my brother will have one for sale soon. Kinda far from Texas though.

I have a 2005 5 speed, they sold them off new for 16,999 Canadian, same price for automatic and standards.

I wish mine was a 5-speed. if I ever find one in a junk yard, I'm yanking the transmission, and everything associated with it to put in my blazer.

<hi-jack> Would an S-10 5 speed setup swap directly over to a blazer? Assuming both were second gen? I've been kinda thinking about a 5-speed swap for awhile now, and this seemed like a good place to bring it up. </hi-jack>

we get lots of s10s in the shop, at least 4-5 a week and i have never seen a stick shift blazer. you get pick ups occasionally but everyone drives a auto. back when i was looking at the 07 f150's i couldnt even get one of those in a manual unless i got the v6 or went bigger, like the f250's or f350s
