Default Manual to Automatic conversion

Alright another one I am not sure about.

What parts do I need to change to go from manual transmission to automatic. Plus if I am going to change the transmission anyways what model transmissions could I upgrade mine to that could take more abuse if I were to put on some engine modifications. I just don't want to change to an automatic transmission just to turn around and burn it out from the extra HP.

Depends on year vehicle you have. Never really heard anyone wanting to go from a manual to auto. tranny, pedal, torque converter, ECU, not sure what else

Where's the wiring to the auto transmission going to come from ? I don't know whether the plug is there on your existing harness or not.

You can have my old parts, I just went from auto to standard.
Just kidding about the old parts.
I don't think anything from an '85 K5 blazer is gonna fit your truck.
None of my trucks have computers, the newest is an '87.
If you wanna change to an auto, it's a major project

My girlfriend does not know how to drive a manual, tried many times but she has trouble with the clutch and I figured if I was going to be doing some work on it might as well see how much an auto transmission would run me
