Default Power Locks

I have a 02' Blazer. The power locks work when the truck automatically locks and unlkocks them. (when the truck is shifted into drive or park). However if I try to manually use the power locks, nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Default RE: Power Locks

1 Power Door Lock Inoperative - Driver Door
2 Power Door Locks Inoperative - Lockout Feature
3 Power Door Locks Description and Operation
4 Power Door Locks Inoperative - All Doors and Switches
5 Power Door Locks Inoperative - One Door or Switch
6 Power Door Locks - Lock Inoperative Unlock Operates
7 Power Door Locks - Unlock Inoperative Lock Operates

Which best describes what's going on?

There is also a TSB on this but it pertains to the power locks, power mirrors, and the electronic rear hatch release. I suspect that if the locks are operating with the 'rolling locks' feature, then the fuse pertaining to those things listed in the previous sentance is fine.

99 - 04 Chevrolet , GMC and Oldsmobile (Classic) S / T GMT330 / GMT325 Power Door Locks , Power Mirror and Rear Hatch Inoperative - kw fuse #PIT3410 - (Feb 2, 2005)

99-04 Chevrolet, GMC and Oldsmobile (Classic) S/T GMT330/325 Power Door Locks Power Mirrors and Rear Hatch Inoperative

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:

Power door locks, power outside rear view mirrors and rear hatch (utility) are inoperative.
Recommendation/Instructions:

Check the underhood fuse block for the 3 amp MIR/LKS (Mirror/Locks) fuse being blown. Note that the label on the underhood fuse block calls for a 3 amp fuse as does SI. Engineering has determined that in some cases a 3 amp fuse may blow. If the 3 amp mirror/locks fuse blows, it can be replaced with a 5 amp fuse. This will provide ample protection without causing damage to the circuit. Do not use any fuse rated above 5 amps.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
Models:

(99 - 04 Chevrolet Classic S/T pick up and Blazer) and (99 - 04 GMC Sonoma and Jimmy) and (99 - 01 GMC Envoy) and (99 - 01 Oldsmobile Bravada)
