Default P0449 Code and it wasn't the vent solenoid

Hey everyone. Well I got a P0449 (1 active, 1 pending) on my Trailblazer with only 244xx miles on it. After research, I bought both a purge and vent solenoid and replaced the vent solenoid which did not solve the problem. To make matters worse, I tested the old solenoid and found it to be working fine. I can start it up, clear the code and within 30 seconds it comes back with the same thing. All the wiring and the tubing looks to be in good condition. I am not so sure if a new gas station could have something to do with it, but this tank I went to a station that just opened up. I liked it because I was not having some of the issues with the gas pump I have with some other stations like it stopping unless I turn the nozzle at an angle at higher flow rates. . I really do not hope that it is not a wiring or computer problem, but is there a fuse that supplies power to the module? Should I try replacing the purge solenoid also? Thanks
