Default Exhaust bolts are a pain!

Im trying to replace my 99 LT blazers catalytic converter and these bolts are a real problem. Rusted right to the metal I broke 4 off with ease, now I have 2 to go and cannot get them off at all. Any tips or ideas? The 2 I cannot break or remove are on the front section, one on the side and one on the very top. Both bolts are stripped before I got to them and ive sliced the one side bolt in half with a dremel tool and still cant break the damn thing! Help!

Yes big effin hammer can barely strike the one bolt but still no luck. No idea short of taking off the exhaust of how to get to the top bolt.

good advice. i do alot of exhaust work and i heat up every bolt i take off. i dont care if the car is 2 years old. breaking a manifold bolt is a big problem.

i actually just did a trans on a late 90s s10 blazer a few days ago. with nasty bolts. heated them up and impacted them right off.
