Ok this is new to me. What difference is off-roading with the sway bars disconnected. What does it help and what does it feel like?

You get more articulation out of your axles/suspension helping to keep your wheels on terra firma instead of pulling up into the air.

has anyone done the quick disconnect for a rear bar yet?
been looking @ doing this mod, but wanted to know if someone has already tackled the rear.
---->not completely removed Benedict, just a quick disconnect.

Baaaahhhh you dont need a rear sway bar!!!

I'm sure you can figure something out... if you buy the bushing kit you could probably do the wingnut thing on the rear links too... I'd crawl under my Blazer, but the new owner would wonder wtf I'm doing to his truck.

x2 on not needing the rear one.

some RWD cars don't have rear Anti-sway bars.
I like the wingnut mod on 2.

you guys obviously haven't seen how i drive my 4 door, 4x4 sports car!
seriously though, that rear bar sure helped out Friday night when i had to do a immediate lane change (with my 20 ft trailer on) to avoid some road debris kicked up by the car in front of me.

Well if your gonna wimp out and not even try it....lol.
having a disconnect might not even work since your still going to have to hold the sway bar up out of the way with something and since it will still be attached to rear end, and held in place by something, itll still be transfering weight, wont be as effective, but still doing something, least in theory.
