Did anyone have any problems with the ball joints in the rouch country kit? Its like the washer supplied to hold the boot on top of the spindle doesn't fit....

Lift is done and runs down the road like its on a rail. No squeeks or clunks. Drives nice and tight. But I took it out yesterday and hit a trail. In 4low, i hit a bump and got a very loud metal-on-metal sound. Definitely got to do with the suspension. Checked all components though and everything is tight and I cant find any loose parts. Control arms and balljoints. Torsion bars and steering linkage. All tight. Im lost
