Default Sas on a 98 s10 blazer

Hi, Has anyone used this conversion kit to SAS his blazer?

94-04 Chevy S10 solid axle conversion kit (leaf springs)

i´m thinking of using it cause, as i see, there will be no problem to install a a solid axle to the s10 blazer.

the question is, Is there an axle that you can use to fit in the s10 blazer to mantain the factory rear axle? or you have to change both axles?

in that page they reccomend axles that fit, but i want to know if there´s an axle that you can fit inmediatly without changing the factory rear axle, to avoid changing brake lines, or callipers, etc. to use the factory ones so you don´t have future problems with them.

thanks for the advices

Most calipers/rubber lines interchange. Almost everything uses standard thread 3/16th metal brake line

Im installing it now. There is no axle that will have same pattern. Im using a wagoneer dana44 front and a isuzu rode rear axle. so far, shock hoops suck. pain in the *** to install. the angle of the shock tabs, and the angle of the shock mount on the supplied leaf mount, not even close to being able to install a shock on it. Ill have to cut the upper mount off and make another. Rest of the kit no real issues. only thing special is right angle drill and step bit

Im not entirely sure they didnt send me the wrong hoops/constructed wrong, i dont think they could, since it has to be pretty specific for it to fit into the blazer upper a arm mounts. I can try to shoot a pic later tonight. if the shock mounts were in line so the shock was straight up and down, they would work. you would just twist the upper shock hole to match the angle. since the lower mount/spring plate is about 2" or more towards center of blazer. the shock basically is crooked wont even go into the the upper mount

Heres the pics, hard to get a good one. With the angle no way id get the bolt thru.

Shows the angle the shock goes in at.

looks to me as if the hoop is in backwards?
before u go cutting anything, or ordering, or anything try it
it looks as if it would move the top mount maybe 2-3 inches to what im gonna guess is the front of the blazer
