I'm going to go with 2.5 suspension lift and a 2 in body lift. Can I fit 33x11 with out trimming my truck?

Most people can easily get 31's with a body lift, tbar crank, and lift shackles.

Joe, what is it a four door or 2 door zr2 type. The 2 doors came stock with 31s, so alift would help you get to 33 maybe

I've found that it all depends from vehicle to vehicle, and tire choice. I've got 31x10.5 on mine with just a body lift, and have room from a little more tire esp. if i add more lift.
