Default Can somebody explain to me, why!!!

Today i was driving my blazer up and down all day. And till i came home, as i was parking i kind of did a hard turn and my Check Gauges came on but turned off just as fast, i turned the wheel all the way to the left and it came on for a sec and same to the right. Oil level is good, Tranny fluid is good, PWR steering is good, brake fluid is good, what could it be? I was thinking it might be the oil level low that might have been triggering the gauges but i don't know, the level is good. Checked it this morning before turning it on and it was good. Why could that be happening?
