Default Can someone tell me what I need to adjust my headlights?

1997 Blazer, composite headlights. I really need to aim them, but I need to know what size screw this is so I can find a socket.

I've needed to adjust them since I raised the front end, plus the passenger side headlight is pointing up quite a bit. I just installed some better bulbs, but it was like that before I started. On these lights, is it possible to have them installed wrong? I've read where 98+ have a tab, but I didn't see anything like that.

Thanks

It's a torx bit. I forget what size, lol
But yeah the 98+ have 2 tabs on the bottom of the housing. I find it better to pull the grill off(It's simple enough anyways) and that makes it sooo much easier to get the headlights seated in correctly.

Torx bits I have. That's a pretty small screw anyway and I have my doubts about using a tiny torx bit on the inner hole. It looks to me like it's mean to be turned with a reverse torx bit, which I don't have.

Not sure what kind of Blazer you have, but on my 94 full size Blazer it takes a Torx bit and a phillips head screw driver. I think the Torx is a # 10 or 15 I can't remember. One does vertical and the other does horizontal but both holes are above the lights and my grille doesn't have to come off.

A 1/4 inch socket did the trick. I got it adjusted as close as I can until I can get over to my dad's shop. The passenger headlight was pointing wayyyyy up so I adjusted it to match the other one for the time being.

or to remove the plastic holding clips and put the headlights in the correct way (with the bottom plastic tabs IN the grooves) and get new rear springs so the headlights arent aimed at the sky just off of the angle of the truck! lol

or turn a screw.
