Default Electronic Guages not working right

I just bought a 1989 Blazer with the electronic dash. The speedometer works fine, but the gas guage is always stuck on a half tank, the oil guage is on high and the rpm works sometimes, but sometimes it shows full rpm even when it is at idle. The lights are all bright on the gauges, but just not registering right, is this an easy fix or??? Thanks.

its a capacitor issue on the power board. BIG common issue. there is a dude on ebay that rebuilds em for like 125 bucks. + core. OR if you are hefty with a soldering iron a year or so ago there was a bunch ebay ads about the stuff you need, directions and stuff for like 20 bucks. Ive got the digital cluster in my 93. id though about selling it and going oldschool analog. its easy, requires about a hour of wiring. google "analog to digital s10" and the link you find reverse it and go backwards. ive done it twice.
