Unhappy Headlights dim when brake pedal is pressed

I have a 95 Chevy 4 door 4.3L with 186000. Having problems with the lights. When you turn your turn signals on left or right, the amp gage moves from 14 to 12 and is in rythem with the turn signals. Now tonight it started diming the head lights and amp gage going to 9 when the brake pedel is pressed. Have replaced the alternator and battery in the last year and also fixed the ground wire on the back coming off the filler neck. Have cleaned the fuel pump and cleaned the one from the battery to the frame. Still ant had no luck about pull hair out.

Had the alternator checked today and it came back with a clean report. Put back in and load tested the battery and it show 12.8amps and 650 cca.
