Where are your relays mounted? They might not have enough air moving around them, and they are over heating.

they relay is in the glove box behind alittle plastic cover ....i have it all tore apart so when it does start flashing i open the glove box and crank my ac on high and that helps...but i live in MN ....its 3 degrees outside lol i dont wanna run my ac when its that cold lol

Try switching the relays in the glove box. The one on the left is for fuel pump. With the motor running, pull the left one and the truck will kill. That tells you that is good . Put that one in the second slot, that is your headlight relay. If they come on that's your problem. If not pull off plastic frame around the headlight switch. It will come off easy. Try one from the junk yard or test to see if it has juice. Then turn it on and see if another terminal has juice. Then you have juice in and out. Hope this helps a little bit. Backyard Mn.
