Default intermittent electrical problem

95 four door 4x4 radio and wipers work sometimes but not all the time. they go off and come on like there is a loose wire somewhere but i can't find anything. pulled their respective fuses and checked voltage in the fuse holder - there is none. other circuits work fine. was looking for a wiring diagram when i found this site. trying to find out what feeds that part of the fuse block or is the fuse block going bad ? i kinda doubt that.thought i had it fixed after 2 hours under the dash it started working till the next time i went to use it and nothing. any ideas ?

I have a similar problem with my 97 Bravada. Quite often when I try to turn on the front wipers, I hear a straining noise coming from the wiper motor, and my radio and compass quit working until I turn the wiper switch off. Ive also noticed that when the wipers arent working, if I turn on one of the map lights, it will barely glow orange and turn off the radio and compass... It sounds like a ground problem, but I have no idea where the ground is, and what all these electical things have to do sith each other...
