Default Mirrors and Window

Ever since I've owned my Jimmy, the drivers window has been extremely sluggish. It'll go up and down, just not all the way up or down at once. It'll make it 2/3 and die, but if I drive around a couple of blocks it'll move again and go the rest of the way. Today I took apart the switch and cleaned all the connections and tried it again. It's still the same. So now it's either the motor or the regulator. I'd think it's the motor, but I want to get your guys' opinions first (I'm very new to electrical diagnosing). So what do y'all think?

Also, my power mirrors have an issue. They will go up, down and left. Not right. So while I had the door apart I took apart the switch, cleaned up all the connections and put it back together. Again, to no avail. Does that sound like a faulty switch or could it be something else I should test before forkin over the cash?

Thanks in advance,
Steve

So you think the switch is bad for the mirrors? Since both work, but cant go right...Right?

And I'll need to pick up the meter to see if the window motor is getting full power. I know it's getting some juice since it still works, but without the meter...I don't know how much.

Thanks for the help Gio

I managed to rig it so I didn't have to pull it out or stick a bolt in it. Drilled out the rivets and just kinda moved it around as needed to get the rivets all the way out and new bolts in. Then reversed for install. Took maybe an hour for me to figure it all out and get the job done.

I have a heated garage so I could take my time and not freeze to death. I just really didn't want to deal with lining up the regulator or taping up the window and I figured I could do it with everything still intact. Worked out for the best. Putting the door back together sucked though...
