Odometer on digidash cuts out, Half way
I noticed the other day when on the road that only the last 3 numbers on my odometer area of the digi dash on my 1993 GMC jimmy s15 were working, I brushed it aside and looked again like 10 minutes later and all the numbers were working again, Its off and on, seems to be more on than off.
here are a couple pictures, is this a common problem, and does the dash cluster need to be serviced? Oh, and everything else on the dash works perfect, its just the numbers for the odometer/trip area, I also noticed if i tap it when only the last 3 numbers are working, the other 3 that were not will come back on.

Just a complete guess, but it sounds like there's a short or loose wire somewhere. When you hit bumps it'll knock it back and forth between working and not.

Welcome to the world of digital clusters
mine went out all of once but your might be taking its time
Id wait it out then it goes out completely get it serviced
this was my experience with it

and this is the guy who rebuild mine
eBay My World - bba-remaninc
he charged me 70 bucks but the mileage stays the same so its worth it
