Default Weird power lock issue - '88 S10 Blazer

I just picked up an 88 S10 Blazer a few days ago. In general it's in fantastic shape, just a few minor things to fix up.

The guy I bought it from told me the power locks had stopped working a few months ago, and he thought it was a fuse. I got home and started checking it out, and I don't see any fuse for it, and all the fuses look fine. I started investigating further, and here's what's interesting:

The passenger side lock button gets the locks to shut about halfway. Also, the hatch release button makes an unlocking noise in the back, but doesn't actually unlock or release anything. No other power lock buttons do anything.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?
