Some have 6 lug wheels! Is there different drivetrain as well? I see some have fender flares as well.

Opel/Chevrolet Blazer 2wd 2.2L (DOHC and SOHC) have 6 lugs and 4wd 4.3L 5 lug, typical with S10 Blazer in US...
Here my ride... This called Opel Blazer Montera with 2.2L SOHC engine... The second pic is my ride used headlamp of Opel Blazer 1996-1997......
Here the pic from google for Chevrolet Brazilian/Samba in Indonesia used same engine with Opel/Chevrolet Blazer (2.2L SOHC and DOHC)...

For SOHC and DOHC varian still used ALDL/OBD 1 (16 pin with OBD 2 style) until 2005, different in US, for 1996- used OBD II
