FOR $420!! And for $500, I can get a Superlift or Rough Country 5-6" lift kit with new upper control arms, diff drop brackets, shocks, high-strength IFS housing, rear axle flip kit. I worked as a tech for Jeep and know you are gona have a hard time finding that cheap of kit for a Jeep (mainly cause its a jeep)
Got a link for the rough country one?

the rough country 6" isnt up on the site yet. Here is the superlift, although it is all very confusing, not a well-done site or page. 6" F.I.T. Performance Series Lift System · 1995 - 1997 Chevy/GMC Blazer / Jimmy (Mid Size) 4WD · Superlift · www.superlift.com

I may be wrong about the price on the rough country. For some reason I had the number $500 in my head. I may regret posting that, dont take it for scripture.

Hey 05BlackJimmy, does your truck had high output reverse lights? Where did you get those?

As per the lift the torsion bar crossmember has 2 circlur holes cut so the keys sit past the crossmember and got almost 3 inches out of it doing it the unsafe way
that's cool. the ZR2s came with 3.73 gears and a rear limited slip. I bet someone did put a locker in the front at some time. sweet that it has one too, they make a huge difference.

I bought the housings at princess auto, drilled holes in the back of them and put hid bulbs in them. Then I put silcone around it to seal out moisture and just mounted them to the bottom of the rear bumper, I originaly had them mounted under the hitch but I was afriad I would end up breaking them off. I had extra room between the bumper and hitch from the bodylift so it worked out pretty good. I wired them up to a switch so I could turn them on or off as I wanted too.
