Bedliner
I'm thinking about bedlineing the rocker panels from the top of the stickers on a 94 chevy s10 blazer down on both sides.
What is a good roll on bed liner that is not that much?
Will a quart be enough for both sides of a 94 chevy s10 blazer?
Say what you think or suggestions for what I should do in stead

Check out Monstaliner! A 1 gallon kit is $125 and comes with almost everything you need to complete the job. A quart won't be enough to do a quality job since you will need multiple coats regardless of what brand you use. Check out the first few pages of my build thread for pics from when I did mine.

Haven't used Herculiner personally, but was told it doesn't hold up as well. I used Rustoleum truck bed coating in a gallon container. Stuff rolls on pretty smooth and holds up well. Never had a problem with rocks, mud, salt. Everything washed right off.
